Print 3 Final

This is the third and final print of the series. I decided to emphasize different colors in this one, as well as make the overall image a bit softer. The middle is a good deal darker in print, so if I could edit some aspect of the print that's what I would address in particular.

All three are hanging up in the hallway now ^_^

Print Series 1 & 2 *final*

My first two prints in my series...will probably make some minor adjustments before printing, but other than that they're pretty much done. Progress on the final print will be posted soon.

Collab Mural

For our group's mural, we are depicting a cityscape comprised entirely of text. The text will be in multiple languages and be anything from single words to sentences to song lyrics. The buildings that each group member makes will be scattered throughout the entire mural.

For my part of the mural, instead of making buildings I'll be making the sky as the background. This will also be made entirely of text, although I plan on using subtle colors and creating an organic flow throughout.

A Personal Book

After a good deal of working and reworking my initial concept of a family photo album, I've been able to narrow my focus down and come up with a final idea. I plan on making a flipbook with two similar sequences. The image in the first sequence will be an old family picture that will morph into a current version of the same picture. In the second sequence, I'll use the same image and text but reverse it. Speaking of the text, I plan on putting "where do we come from" and "where are we going" in opposite corners and having them shrink and enlarge accordingly ("come from" on old image, "going" on new image)

As of now I have my basic layout finished, but need to look at possible images to use as well as typeface options.
